  Egg Masala « Back
For that special flavour use Devon Egg Masala for delicious curries. For best results, follow time-tested recipes.

Ingredients:
  • Egg (hard boiled) - 6 nos
  • Onion Chopped - 150 g (2 medium size)
  • Ginger (chopped) - 1'' piece
  • Curry leaves - a few
  • Oil - 2 dessert spoons
  • Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
  • Devon Egg Masala - 2 teaspoons heaped
  • Water - 3/4 cup (6 oz)
  • salt
Method

Fry the onion till it turns brown. Add Devon Egg Masala, salt, vinegar and water. Bring to boil and add the eggs cut into halves. Remove from the fire when the gravy thickness.
