Boil 2 cups (400 ml) of water with salt to taste and ¼ teaspoon of coconut oil in it. Slowly add 2 cups (400 gm) of Devon Pathiri Powder to the water while it is still boiling. Turn off the flame and keep the bowl closed for about a minute. Then knead the mixture well in a flat vessel when it is still warm. Make small balls of the dough and cook it on a tawa without oil.
