Preparation
Blend 2 tablespoons of Devon Palappam Mix with 3 teaspoons of sugar and boil in 2 cups (400 ml) of water to make a thick paste. Mix 500 gm of Palappam podi in milk extracted from one coconut and dilute it with three/four cups of water. Mix it with the paste formed earlier in a blender and keep it aside for one hour. Add salt as required and make delicious palappams. (The time required for fermentation of the mixture might vary according to room temperature (26°C). The 500 gm pack of Devon Palappam Mix can be used to make 25-30 palappams
